State Election Commissioner Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar had moved the high court alleging that his letter to the Governor was leaked.
Action 24 hours after he received a communication from the AP Assembly secretary on behalf of the Privilege Committee, Nimmagadda said the leakage of his letter had created a dispute for him.
He said he had written a letter to the Governor, in which he raised some issues with regard to the two Ministers and their poll violations.
Nimmagadda expressed.concern over the leakage of communication between the two Constitutional institutions - Raj Bhavan and State Election Commission.
The SEC had made some remarks against the two ministers and asked the Governor to correct them..
The ministers took strong exception and complained to the Privilege Committee against the SEC.
The privilege.committee had asked the assembly secretary to communicate to the SEC about the notices.
The notices were served for which the SEC had replied.
Though Nimmagadda said that the Privilege Committee had no jurisdiction over the SEC, he said the leakage of his letter had caused the problem.
Nimmagadda involved Raj Bhavan secretary, state chief secretary also in the complaint to the high court and sought CBI investigation into the lekage.
