Vijay Deverakonda is arguably the fastest rising star among the youngsters. His choice of films and off screen attitude has made him a heartthrob of the youth.

No wonder his upcoming film Dear Comrade is red hot in the trade at the moment.

Recently launched teaser has shown Vijay Deverakonda as an angry young man as well as a passionate lover.

The expectations on the film have gone few notches higher after the launch of the teaser. Buyers are coming up with fancy offers to bag the theatrical rights of Dear Comrade.

However, Mythri Movie Makers is not getting greedy and selling the film according to its merits and costs.

Chadalavada Srinivasa Rao bagged the Nizam and Ceded rights for Rs. 11 crore and has transferred Nizam rights to Asian Sunil for Rs. 7.5 crore. Andhra business is likely to be closed in Rs. 10 crore ratio.

Given Deverakonda's craze in the US market, Dear Comrade has been receiving handsome offers from overseas buyers too.

The film is getting released in all South Indian languages which should ensure handsome returns to its makers.

Taking the non-theatrical rights into consideration Dear Comrade business will be more than Rs. 40 crore for sure. Any producer cannot ask for better returns on a medium budget film.
