Opinion: Allu Aravind Committed Big S!N

Allu Aravind is a multi millionaire who earned great image and wealth with his meticulous business acumen in film industry.

His family is renowned with biggest star Allu Arjun and many other Mega heroes. He is known to be the strategist for Mega Star since decades. But he seems to have kept this entire image at stake with a web series.

The title is SIN, written as S!N. It's released on his newly developed OTT platform AHA.

Here are some of the opinions we collected from our readers. Hope this stands as a public review.

"Looking at the Vijay Devarakonda's advertisement about Aha, I have downloaded the App. I and my husband decided to see what is there in the Sarad Marar's production S!N. Much to the shock, we couldn't bear it. What they wanted to show? It's all about a sex sadist. My husband shouted at me for downloading this App. It's yuck. I lost impression on the big names surrounding this platform. Sorry I don't want to take their names in this call", shared a software employee from Vizag.

"Yesterday, I have attempted to watch S!N. It was made in the lowest possible budget. Many TV serials are better than this in production values. Adding to that it is about a sex maniac who shags in bathroom, who gets into forced sex with wife making her bleed and lot more. It's neither aesthetic nor erotic. It's like a stinking shit. This nasty S!N is worse than porn", an engineering student from Hyderabad expressed his angst.

"I downloaded this app for Karthi's Khaidi. Had Allu Aravind bought Ala Vaikunthapuramulo for Aha, there would have been gush of downloads. Allowing this kind of SIN stuff on his platform is a cheap act. This may bring the promoters a few bucks, but not something bigger than what they had earned so far. His decades of image built on commercial films will be at stake. My Home Rameswara Rao is a stakeholder of this OTT platform. He is an ardent devotee of Chinna Jeeyar Swamy and has been standing as a role model by contributing a lot to many dharmic deeds. His image also will be spoiled with this. I don't know if Rameshwara Rao is aware of this kind of stuff on his platform. I believe, if he knows he would order to stop streaming. I think Allu Aravind committed a big sin by releasing this S!N", lamented a banker from Warangal who is also a devotee of Chinna Jeeyar Swamy.

"Sacred Games, Lust Stories and many other successful web series have similar content. Web is a platform where it is free from censorship. So any OTT platform can showcase only this kind of X rated stuff to pull traction. I think Aha is on right track. Business is business. Allu Aravind appears to be a businessman like me who never values the so called 'values'. I don't have any complaint", says a celebrity wine shop owner in Hyderabad.

To conclude, anybody is allowed to do any business as far as it is legal. It can be understood if any new age businessmen or the ones with no role model image start this kind of OTT platform with X rated series.

But with the above opinions, the public are in a state of shock to know that the big names like Allu Aravind and My Home Rameshwara Rao have come up with this kind of series.

If they wish to continue to be role models in the society, they may stop streaming S!N and committing further sins. If they don't, the Telugus living around the world will understand accordingly.
