Exit polls from the ongoing Tamil Nadu political scenario have sparked celebrations among fans of Vijay, who is making his electoral debut with his party Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK).
According to projections, some exit polls suggest a strong performance for his party, while Axis My India has gone a step further, predicting a sweeping victory.
Their forecast indicates that TVK could secure between 98 and 120 seats, potentially surpassing the ruling Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK). If this translates into actual results on May 4, Vijay could emerge as the next Chief Minister.
These predictions have led to widespread excitement among his supporters, with “CM Vijay” trending across social media platforms.
At the same time, the exit poll buzz has also triggered comparisons with Pawan Kalyan.
Some social media users have begun trolling him by drawing parallels with his earlier electoral journey. In his debut election, Pawan Kalyan faced setbacks, losing both contested seats while his Jana Sena Party managed to win just one seat.
However, his political trajectory changed significantly in the 2024 elections, where he secured a strong comeback with 21 seats, eventually becoming the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
Despite this, online comparisons are being made, with some calling Vijay the “real superstar” in politics.
It is important to note that these reactions are based solely on exit polls, and the actual election results could present a different picture when officially announced.
