Allu Arjun has reportedly rented a luxurious five-bedroom apartment on Juhu Tara Road. The sea-facing property comes at a hefty price; around â¹16 lakh per month on a three-year lease.
The actor was clear about one thing while house-hunting; the home had to face the sea. The upscale property ticked all the boxes.
Spread across nearly 6,000 sq ft, the apartment comes with premium features, including a plunge pool and ample parking.
The space is designed to suit both comfort and work. Arjun wanted a calm, green environment with the soothing sound of the sea; a perfect setup for his film preparations.
His wife Allu Sneha Reddy and children, Allu Ayaan and Allu Arha, are expected to stay with him during school vacations.
Over the past year, the actor and his wife reportedly visited the property multiple times to oversee the interiors and customise the space to their liking.
The move is closely linked to his upcoming projects, including Raaka and a film with Lokesh Kanagaraj, which will have significant shooting schedules in Mumbai.
The estimated value of the Juhu property is said to be around â¹25 crore, reflecting the scale of Arjun’s temporary shift.
Clearly, this isn’t a relocation; it’s a strategic move as the star expands his pan-India presence.
