But even without winning an award, actress Priyanka Chopra grabbed everyone’s attention. The reason was the stunning necklace she wore for the event.
Priyanka Chopra wore a magnificent necklace specially for the Oscars.
The necklace, made with platinum and diamonds, looked extremely elegant on her. It was designed and created by the luxury jewellery brand Bulgari.
The necklace was crafted using 235 individual elements and reportedly took around 1,300 hours to complete.
The main highlight of the piece is a 14-carat blue gemstone placed at the centre. This rare stone was specially sourced from Madagascar.
Another special feature is that the necklace was designed using 3D technology, which allows the entire design to be visible beautifully from different angles.
The company has not officially revealed the price of the necklace. However, according to recent reports, the jewellery is estimated to be worth around â¹8 crore.
Along with the necklace, Priyanka also wore a diamond and platinum ring and matching earrings, which further increased the overall value of the jewellery she carried at the event.
Meanwhile, Priyanka Chopra is currently working on a film with Mahesh Babu, which is being shot in Varanasi.
