It is well known how actor Rajendra Prasad sometimes speaks on the dais without maintaining social decorum. He has openly used filthy words in the past.
He insulted Australian cricketer David Warner in the pre release event of the film "Robin Hood".
Later on one occasion, he faced heavy criticism on social media for using abusive language against comedian Ali.
The backlash grew so strong that Ali himself had to step in to calm the situation and silence critics online. Rajendra Prasad later expressed regret and said he would remain within limits while speaking in public.
However, he has once again sparked controversy with his recent remarks. This time, he directed his offensive comments toward legendary Tamil actor M. G. Ramachandran.
Rajendra Prasad claimed that whenever MGR saw actor Kantha Rao, he “used to piss.” He repeated the word “piss” in Telugu three times on stage, which left many in the audience and listeners shocked and uncomfortable.
Many observers and social media users say that such remarks from a senior actor are inappropriate and disrespectful.
Critics argue that Rajendra Prasad appears to be losing restraint and decency while speaking at public events, especially when referring to respected figures from the film industry.
“We expected he would reform himself and maintain his decency at least after winning the Padma Shri, but he is instead bringing disgrace to that award as well,” lamented an insider in the film industry.
