Actors Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are set to become Mr and Mrs sooner than expected.
Following a private engagement in October, attended only by their families, the couple is now preparing to take the next big step in 2026.
A source close to the couple revealed that their wedding is planned for February 26 at a palace in Udaipur.
“They have finalised one of the heritage properties. Just like their engagement, the wedding will be an intimate affair with only close family and loved ones in attendance,” the source said.
It remains unclear whether the couple plans to host a separate reception for friends from the film industry after returning to Hyderabad.
Vijay and Rashmika reportedly exchanged rings in Hyderabad on October 3, 2025, a day after Dasara.
Although neither actor made a public announcement at the time, Vijay’s team later confirmed the engagement and also stated that the wedding was scheduled for February.
The engagement ceremony was a private event attended by only close friends and family.
While the couple has largely maintained silence since then, Vijay’s public show of affection towards Rashmika at an event for The Girlfriend caught attention.
Rashmika has also spoken publicly about how her “partner” helped heal pain he did not cause.
Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna first worked together in the 2018 blockbuster Geetha Govindam and later in Dear Comrade (2019).
The pair also led the 43rd India Day Parade in New York and attended the Bharat Beyond Borders event earlier this year. Since news of their engagement surfaced, both actors have been spotted wearing rings.
