After considering several names, the team has finalised Rashi Khanna for the song.
Initially, multiple options were discussed, including Bhagyashri Borse, and even a Bollywood actress was reportedly considered. However, Rashi Khanna was ultimately locked in for the special appearance.
The song is expected to be shot over the next couple of days. Rashi Khanna doing an item number is quite rare, which has already created buzz.
Interestingly, she was recently seen as the female lead opposite Siddhu Jonnalagadda in Telusu Kada, making this special song appearance even more noteworthy.
Special songs have always been a highlight in Sankranti releases.
The Raja Saab features a song with both the hero and heroine, Shankaravaraprasad has a special number involving two heroes, and Bhakta Mahashayulu includes a special song featuring Ravi Teja with two heroines.
