Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala, who tied the knot last year on December 4 in an intimate ceremony, often find themselves at the centre of social media speculation; especially rumours about expecting their first child.
While the couple has largely chosen to stay silent on such talk, the topic recently came up in an interview with Naga Chaitanya’s father, actor Nagarjuna.
During the interaction, Nagarjuna was asked whether there was any truth to the buzz about him being “promoted from father to grandfather.”
Initially, he tried to brush off the question with a laugh and walk away. However, when pressed again about the rumours circulating online, he told media, “I’ll let you know when the time is right,” adding fuel to the speculation.
Before marrying Sobhita, Naga Chaitanya was married to Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The two met during the shooting of their 2010 hit Ye Maaya Chesave, got married in 2017, and announced their separation in 2021.
More recently, Samantha also began a new chapter in her life, marrying filmmaker Raj Nidimoru in a private ceremony held in Coimbatore on December 1.
