Thaman Lets Game Changer's Secret Out

“Game Changer” was released in theaters on January 10 without the much-anticipated song “NaaNaa Hyraanaa.”

The filmmakers initially claimed the song was omitted for technical reasons, as it had been shot using infrared camera technology.

They announced plans to include the song after January 14, but with negative reviews emerging, the team quietly added it the very next day.

This sudden inclusion left many questioning how the song was added so quickly if technical issues were the reason for its initial exclusion. Readmore!

Music director Thaman has now clarified the real reason behind the decision.

Thaman explained that the romantic track between Ram Charan and Kiara Advani in the first half of the film did not develop convincingly, making the inclusion of “NaaNaa Hyraanaa” feel out of place. They also felt it wouldn’t fit well in the second half.

After much deliberation, the team collectively decided to remove the song from the initial release and add it later.
