The Telangana government is reportedly planning to demolish a portion of actor-politician Nandamuri Balakrishna’s house in Jubilee Hills to widen the road as part of a city development initiative.
Markings up to 6 feet have been observed near Balakrishna's residence. This road expansion is part of a broader effort to improve traffic flow and accommodate growing vehicle numbers in the area.
This move is expected to affect several properties, including Balakrishna's, which has been part of the land acquisition plans.
Obviously, as part of the land acquisition process, the government will compensate the owner with the corresponding amount for the property.
This situation is different from demolitions in Hyderabad, such as the demolition of the N Convention of Nagarjuna.
