Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala are set to tie the knot on December 4 in a grand yet intimate wedding at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad.
The venue holds deep emotional significance as it was established in 1976 by Naga Chaitanya’s grandfather, the legendary Akkineni Nageswara Rao.
Situated on a sprawling 22-acre property in Banjara Hills, the studio provides a timeless and historic backdrop for the couple's special day, blending family heritage with modern elegance.
The wedding boasts a star-studded guest list. Power couples Ram Charan and Upasana Kamineni Konidela, as well as Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar, are expected to attend.
The event will also see the presence of Baahubali duo Prabhas and filmmaker SS Rajamouli, alongside Allu Arjun, who will attend with his family just a day before the release of his film Pushpa 2.
Other notable attendees include Chiranjeevi, PV Sindhu, Nayanthara, and Jr NTR.
Sobhita Dhulipala is expected to dazzle in a traditional Kanjivaram silk saree with real gold zari, reflecting her cultural roots.
Complementing her outfit, Naga Chaitanya will wear an ensemble inspired by his grandfather’s timeless style, including a traditional 'pancha.'
The couple has also incorporated intricate details into their attire, such as a stunning white khadi saree from Ponduru, showcasing their appreciation for craftsmanship and tradition.
Sobhita’s jewelry is set to include iconic elements like a Basikam (thread across the forehead), Maathapatti, Bullaku (septum nose pin), Surya and Chandra motifs, Vanki, Bajubandh, and Kamarbandh, emphasizing her connection to traditional artistry.
The wedding is expected to be a tight-knit affair, with 300-400 family members, close friends, and colleagues in attendance.
While earlier reports suggested Netflix had acquired the wedding streaming rights for â¹50 crore, sources have dismissed these claims as baseless.
This will be Naga Chaitanya’s second marriage. He was previously married to actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu, with the couple tying the knot in 2017 after several years of dating.
In 2021, they announced their separation in a joint statement, just days before their fourth wedding anniversary.
