Chennai based real estate developer Casagrand is setting an example in employee appreciation by taking 1,000 of its staff on a weeklong, all-expenses paid trip to Barcelona, Spain.

The initiative is aimed at recognizing the hard work and dedication of its employees, showcasing the company’s commitment to fostering a positive and rewarding work culture.
