Chiru Unknowingly Purchased Government Land?

An inquiry into the Jubilee Hills Cooperative House Building Society (JHCHBS) has revealed discrepancies, including the allotment of 595 square yards of government land to actor K. Chiranjeevi.

The JHCHBS committee claims the land is a "stray bit" that belongs to the society. B. Ravindranath, the president of JHCHBS, presented an order from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) confirming this.

However, GHMC's Directorate of Enforcement, Vigilance and Disaster Management (EV&DM) concluded the land actually belongs to the government and the inquiry report agreed.

Ravindranath mentioned that the plot was sold at its full market price, unlike earlier sales during previous teams where land had been undervalued. Readmore!

If the land does indeed belong to the government, will HYDRAA reclaim it from Chiranjeevi, as part of their duty to recover government lands from private parties?

Sources also opine that Chiranjeevi might have unknowingly purchased the land, not realizing it was government property, which has now led to a dispute. We will have to wait and see how this situation unfolds.

Is the land legitimately owned by the society and sold to Chiranjeevi, or is it truly government land that the society occupied and sold? Only time will tell.
