Revanth Reddy's Six-Month Rule: No Sparks But Many Doubts!

Revanth Reddy's six-month rule in Telangana has no surprises or sparks. A normal politician who emerged as a strong leader by virtue of his sharp speaking abilities and quick wit in answering any kind of question, he ascended to the position of Chief Minister by defeating the formidable KCR.

It has been six months since he assumed power, but when asked to comment on his governance, the majority regretfully shrug their shoulders, while a few say that nothing special has happened; it's been so normal with no surprises.

"Revanth Reddy does nothing. All that we remember is his free bus service for women, which is also receiving huge backlash from both beneficiaries and others. It's criticized by beneficiaries because they are not finding places to sit in the free buses as they are crowded, and they are also complaining that the frequency and services were reduced since it is free of cost, which is adding to their ordeals," says a random citizen.

"The problem with the Congress government is that the Chief Minister is frequently asked to come to Delhi. He has to work in the interest of the High Command. There is little value for a Congress CM's free will. Revanth is not showing his willpower to boost the growth of Telangana. It is not being felt," says a social worker. Readmore!

So far, Revanth Reddy hasn't even increased the pension for the elderly. On the other hand, Chandrababu Naidu, who was sworn in as CM of Andhra Pradesh a month ago, has made it a big show by personally attending to the people to deliver pensions. His every move is publicized in a big way. Even if he goes to Delhi, it is covered widely in the media. But Revanth Reddy is very poor at projecting himself. He seems to be complacent after achieving his dream goal of becoming the Chief Minister.

In fact, any Chief Minister needs media hype for every activity he does. Without that, no citizen would know what is actually happening. Looking at the six-month rule of Revanth Reddy, this is the general feedback from the citizens.

On the other hand, there are other suspicions surrounding political circles. When speaking to a political source, it was suggested that Narendra Modi, with the help of Chandrababu Naidu, is attempting to bring a split in Congress with Revanth Reddy, similar to how they created pandemonium in Rajasthan earlier.

"As Revanth Reddy is not actively exercising the duties of Chief Minister with the required pep and expectation, something fishy like this should be believed. Adding fuel to the suspicions, Revanth Reddy has given permission to conduct a rally to TDP for the victory in Andhra Pradesh. This should be considered as an I.N.D.I.A Chief Minister giving permission to an NDA Chief Minister of a neighboring state. Whom is this decision or permission meant to please? Revanth Reddy is raising many doubts among the common people of Telangana," he said.

On the whole, Revanth Reddy's presence as Chief Minister of Telangana so far is being perceived as normal, uneventful, or possibly suspicious.
