There was a big announcement about director Prashanth Neel's film starring NTR a while back. The production house, Mythri Movie Makers, had previously stated that regular shooting would begin in August itself.
Hence, many believed that the project "Salaar 2" had been put on hold temporarily and that Neel would rather start working on NTR's film. The latest reports, however, suggest otherwise.
According to reports, Prabhas will begin shooting for 'Salaar Part 2' on August 10, 2024.
Prabhas reportedly agreed to return to sets for this film for nearly 15 days in August. So, Prashanth Neel starts this film first. His proposed film with NTR will begin shooting later.
"Salaar 2" is expected to be released in 2025.
