Modi talks of mafia rule in Andhra!

It is often said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi comes well-prepared with a script while addressing election rallies across the country.

Though he may not be fully aware of local issues in a particular state, he relies on his scriptwriters, who naturally base their content on the negative points highlighted by local leaders.

So, when Modi spoke about irrigation projects, sand policies, and a lack of infrastructure in Kalikiri, in the Rajampet parliamentary constituency, it was clear he was following the script prepared by his writers to address local concerns.

At the Rajampet rally, the Prime Minister made strong comments against the Jagan government, alleging that the YSRCP was encouraging goons and mafias.

“I was shocked to learn that the Annamayya Dam was washed away due to the sand mafia, causing the destruction of 25-30 villages and the loss of several lives,” he said.

He claimed that the YSRCP is shielding the sand mafia operators. "I want to tell those mafia leaders that their days are numbered, and the upcoming NDA government will ensure they receive the punishment they deserve."

Modi accused Jagan of being incompetent, even in providing basic amenities like drinking water to the people.

“Modi wants to provide safe drinking water to every household, but the state government is not cooperating with the Jal Jeevan Mission,” he said.

Modi also criticized the YSRCP government for failing to complete the Polavaram major irrigation project on the Godavari.

“It stands as a prime example of the government's incompetence. Farmers in Rayalaseema have suffered under the YSRCP for years. When the NDA comes to power, all irrigation projects will be completed at the earliest," he said.
