Massive turnout at CM's roadshow in Rajahmundry

The streets of Rajamahendravaram echoed with chants of ‘Jai Jagan’ as a multitude of people gathered along the roadside to greet Chief Minister and YSRC chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy during his Bus Yatra on Thursday.

Jagan Mohan Reddy commenced his Memantha Siddham from his overnight halt point in Tetali village of Tanuku mandal in West Godavari district in the morning.

He traversed through Tanuku, Ravulapalem, Jonnada, Pottilanka, Kadiapulanka, and Vemagiri before entering Rajamahendravaram.

Covering the major thoroughfares like Morampudi, Tadithota, Church Centre, Ajad Chowk, Devi Chowk, Paper Mill Centre, Diwan Cheruvu, and Rajangaram, he arrived at ST Rajapuram in Gokavaram mandal, East Godavari, to conclude his journey for the night.

As the convoy of vehicles made its way into the city, a large gathering hailed the CM, to which he responded with folded hands and a smile.

Upon reaching Azad Chowk, the crowd erupted in cheers. However, due to the late hour, they were unable to get a close look at the CM.

Disappointment set in among the awaiting crowd upon learning that Jagan Mohan Reddy would not be addressing them at Devi Chowk Centre.

Nevertheless, a group of enthusiastic youth cheered and danced to the tunes of songs playing during Jagan Mohan Reddy’s visit to the city.

At one juncture, the CM disembarked from his vehicle to converse with a family that arrived in an ambulance seeking assistance for an accident victim. He assured them of necessary aid at Madiki village.

Former minister Indukuri Ramakrishnan Raju also met the CM at the Tetali halt point.

Ganinin Subba Rao, convener of the AP Chamber of Commerce from Tadepalligudem, joined the YSRC.

Additionally, several other leaders, including MRPS founder president U. Brahmadiha Madiga, Madiga Maha Sena president Prem Kumar, former member of AP Human Rights Commission G. Srinivas, representative of Madiga Intellectual Forum G. Bapiraj, and Dalit Sena representative Ravi Prakash, held meetings with the CM.
