Veteran superstar Nagarjuna’s upcoming action thriller Wild Dog has finished its filming part recently and is currently in the post production stage.
The film will be ready for release in a few weeks and the reports suggest that it may opt for direct to digital release.
Although many notable films are lining up for release in theaters from January, the makers of Wild Dog are considering OTT release given the restrictions on theatrical release.
Wild Dog may simultaneously release in theaters along with its digital release on Netflix.
Nagarjuna reportedly agreed to release it on a digital platform given the current scenario as well as the wide reach that a film of this genre has.
The film is bankrolled by Matinee Entertainment and directed by Ahishor Solomon.
Nagarjuna plays Vijay Varma aka Wild Dog, an NIA agent in the film that has Special Ops fame Saiyyami Kher and Bigg Boss 3 star Ali Reza in the supporting roles.
