Heroine Samantha is one of the topmost starlets in tinsel town and if she agrees there would be a long flood of offers waiting for her.
However, after her marriage, Sam got quite selective about her projects and one among them is her role as a lady terrorist in the second season of the web series ‘Family Man’.
While that is understood, what surprised many is her decision to do a talk show for Aha. Normally, that route is taken by someone who doesn’t have offers.
Some felt Sam got a big pay cheque hence she took it up. Yet, all were eager to see how it is going to be and the first episode turned out to be quite a dud.
Allu Aravind lifted director Nandini Reddy to the skies but viewers gave their verdict that it was trash. So, what was Sam’s remuneration?
As per inside sources, she is taking a mere 1.5 cr for 10 episodes which is 15 lakhs per episode.
Well, what could be the reason? The sources say it is the bond between Nagarjuna and Allu Aravind.
At the right time, Aravind did movies with Naga Chaitanya and Akhil so without a second thought Sam went ahead with this project.
Meanwhile, repair work has reportedly begun on the talk show to make it better.
