Rakul Preet Singh who was summoned by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in a drug probe case in connection with Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput death appeared before the officials a while ago.
Clad in blue jeans and t-shirt, she was spotted wearing an N95 mask as well. The NCB officials are questioning several celebrities in this case in Mumbai.
It was reported Rakul Preet Singh had visited Sushant Singh Rajput’s farmhouse in Lonavala for partying and consumed drugs there. However, she had denied these allegations declaring that she doesn’t smoke or drink.
This is the first time the 29-year-old actor has appeared for questioning before the anti-drug agency that launched an inquiry following chats retrieved from the phone of arrested actor Rhea Chakraborty.
Besides Rakul Preet Singh, Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor have also been summoned by the NCB in its widening drug probe related to the Sushant Singh Rajput case, which has thrown up a drugs and Bollywood twist after some incriminating WhatsApp chats were found by investigators.
