Tollywood Is Now Happy To Do 'Saha Nirmanam'!

Dil Raju was not so pleased when Mahesh Babu asked him to do Maharshi as a joint venture with Aswini Dutt and PVP. He backed out of production responsibilities of Sarileru Neekevvaru for the same reason.

Mythri Movie Makers were not so pleased when 14 Reels Plus refused to let go off Parasuram when Mahesh agreed to do a film with him.

But the lock down and its after effects on Telugu cinema business has brought the two production companies together for #SSMB27.

Now they are happily doing it as a joint production as making a biggie that is more than Rs 100 Cr worth isn’t an easy task at this juncture. We are going to see many more joint ventures in the coming days.

Buyers are not willing to give hefty advances and take big risks like paying non-refundable advance amounts going forward. It will take at least a year or more for Tollywood’s business to get back on track.

Hence, it is good if big production houses come together to make big budget films.
