Naidu eager to face early polls to assembly

Telugu Desam Party president and former Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu seems to be too eager to see that elections are held to the state assembly with a hope that the people would vote him to power once again.

So, every now and then, he reacts on the speculative stories in the social media on the early elections to the state assembly and declares that his party is ready to face the elections any time.

On Tuesday, too, Naidu dared YSR Congress party president and chief minister Y S Jaganmohan Reddy to go for 'early polls' anytime now for which the TDP has been always ready.

Naidu said there were reports these days about the Chief Minister going for elections as early as possible since any further delay would make it impossible to face the people's resentment in the face of overall decline in the State.  Readmore!

"In that case, we are ready. Both the TDP and the people of the State are eagerly waiting to get rid of the lawless regime," he commented.

Addressing the International Women's Day celebrations at the TDP central office here, the TDP chief said all sections of people were saying how they put a 'hot oven on their heads' by electing the YSRCP in 2019. The AP public was waiting for their chance to send CM Jagan Reddy home and make his '2019 one chance' his last and final chance in his career.

Naidu asked what moral right the Jagan Mohan Reddy Government had to celebrate women's day considering its failure to prevent 1,500 atrocities. How could Jagan Reddy give justice to the rest of women in the State when he could not give a fair deal to his own sisters? Jaganananna Banam (CM's sister Sharmila) got misfired and landed in another State.

The TDP chief reiterated his vow not to attend the Assembly session till he would turn the 'Kaurava Sabha' into a 'Gaurava Sabha' by defeating the YSRCP.

"I fought against the Government's injustice. They targetted me and my family. My wife has never been in politics. But she became a victim of character assassination. I don't want this bad name and mental agony for her."
