Winner or a loser, in a battle a soldier is a soldier. Same thing applies to the elections as well.
Winner or the loser, a party candidate deserves love and attention from the party supremo. Only such party head will be hailed as the Bahubalian leader.
But Chandrababu Naidu seems to be having nothing of that sort in him. The party men of TDP in Kuppam expose this dark side of him with their own experience.
It is known that Chandrababu Naidu visited Kuppam aftermath the debacle in Panchayat elections to boost the morale of his party men.
"Mr Naidu has chosen to speak only with those who won the Panchayat Elections. He ignored the losers. This is really hurting", said some of the candidates those lost the election.
On the other hand, the main demand to Mr Naidu from the party men of that place is to change the leadership.
Though Manohar, the personal secretary to Mr Naidu in Kuppam; PS Muniratnam another in charge, and G Srinivasulu, the MLC have submitted their resignations holding responsible for the worst election result, the party men demanded the clarity whether they have resigned to their positions or to the party.
The situation was so bad in Kuppam, Ramakuppam, Shantipuram and Gudupalle Mandals that Mr Naidu limited himself to some roadside meetings and pompous speeches. There are no heart to heart conversations with the party cadre.
Many are disappointed with Mr Naidu's so-called morale boosting tour. Besides, Mr Naidu also was disappointed with the open demand of some party workers to bring in Jr NTR to lead the party.
