There was a long hibernation in Chiranjeevi's career between 2007 and 2017, though he made three cameo appearances in between. Now it looks as if time has given him the energy and drive to cover up the gap.
Mega Star who used to do one film a year so far, has now lined up so many films resembling the earlier days of his career.
Right now his film Acharya is set for release. Already Godfather, Bhola Shankar and Waltair Veerayya are on the sets. All these films are set for 2022 release. So four films of Chiranjeevi are going to hit the screens next year.
He is not stopping there. He has already given consent to UV Banner's film with Maruthi as director. Once the final story is locked, it goes on to the floors.
Venky Kudumula's film on the banner of DVV Danayya is also in line. Venky who tried for Mahesh Babu, Ram Charan and Varun Tej has finally landed at Chiranjeevi who gave a tentative consent to do the film
Not stopping here the sequel of "Vijetha" with Vishnu Induri as producer is also lined up. The director is yet to be finalized.
That way, there is clarity about Chiranjeevi's next 7 films so far. No other hero is planning this way.
Here Chiranjeevi is taking another care. He is making sure to have another top hero for padding in all of his films, like Ram Charan in Acharya, Salman in Godfather and Ravi Teja in Waltair Veerayya (yet to be finalized). It is heard that there will be a most happening young hero in Vishnu Induri's film as well.
