Today, showing the journey of the character, the makers unveiled the film’s first look poster, presenting Varun Tej’s two different shades as a young guy who is ready to do anything to reach big heights, to a middle-aged man who is fighting for his position as the king in his own territory.
From his dressing style to hairstyle to his body language, there are lots of variances in his get-ups. Varun Tej brings alive both phases with remarkable authenticity.
Looks like Matka is a perfect comeback film for Varun Tej who is giving his best for the movie. The first look is a testament to his hard work and dedication to play the character.
It’s indeed a creative idea to present two different shades of the character as a King card from playing cards.
Karuna Kumar of Palasa fame is directing the movie which is being crafted on a big canvas with high production and technical standrads. The makers are leaving no stone unturned to give a vintage look to the movie.
The songs in the movie scored by GV Prakash Kumar will also have a retro touch. The production team indeed created sets depicting the structures during the 80s and 90s.
Meenakshi Chaudhary and Nora Fatehi are the heroines opposite Varun Tej in this Pan India film produced by Vyra Entertainments and SRT Entertainment.
