Not much was heard about Nara Lokesh, Telugu Desam Party general secretary and son of Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu, after the April 11 assembly elections.
Naidu has been trying to be in the news on one pretext or the other, especially with his aggressive attack on Election Commission of India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his own government officials like chief secretary L V Subrahmanyam. But, Lokesh has been nowhere in the picture.
Naturally, one is curious as to what he is doing.
According to reports in a section of media. Lokesh is struggling to shape up his body by shedding his extra kilos. Apparently, he is planning to become trim and slim by May 23, when the election results are declared.
According to some reports, Lokesh is undergoing bariatric surgery to get rid of unnecessary fat. But some other reports say he is doing a lot of workouts at his personal gym under the training of a specialist physio.
May be he is taking a lesson or two from his wife Nara Brahmani as well.
In any case, it will be good for his health and mind, if Lokesh really wants to shed bad fat and become slim. But more than that, it is better he gets trained in his Telugu language and public speaking, the lack of which has brought him a lot of trolling in the social media.
Even during the electioneering, there were several comments about his lack of skills in public speaking.
It is a different matter whether Lokesh wins or loses the assembly elections from Mangalagiri, but a training in articulation will certainly help him grow as a matured politician at least by next elections!
