There is lot of hype on social media over the song “Peniviti” of NTR and Trivikram’s “Aravindha Sametha”. Understandably so. This is the only song that got better views on YouTube.
The song managed 6 million views in 5 days, while the other romantic duet from the album “Anaganaga” has received 6.2 million views in one week. However, the jukebox is not at all attracting views.
In fact, the album composed by Thaman is struggling to get views. With less than 2 million views in 4 days, the audio album as a whole seems to have not struck a chord with the majority of fans and audiences though individual songs like ‘Peniviti’ got thumbs up.
At a time when even small movies are getting millions of views for music, “Aravindha Sametha” is definitely struggling.
A big star like NTR needs some catchy mass numbers in the album. While Peniviti is a song of longing, another song Ee konalo kulinaado feels like it's straight out of a Tamil film.
To be fair, the album has just four songs and two of them are situational songs. The songs will click when we understand the importance of the situation and the scene.
Despite this the film still is carrying huge hype and fans are confident that Trivikram would weave the magic on the screen.
However, surely the music will work wonders if there are some racy numbers in keeping with NTR's star image.
