Pragathi Bhavan, which was constructed at a cost of Rs 500 crore on nine acres of land and one lakh sft is now a symbol of dictatorial and aristocratic rule of KCR family, he said.

“After to coming to power, the Congress party would turn the 'Pragathi Bhavan' into a public hospital to announce the return of people's rule and restoration of democracy in Telangana State," he said.

He said TRS had no moral right to seek votes from the people of Nizamabad or other districts across Telangana, he said all sections of the society have been desperately waiting for December 7 to throw out pathetic regime of KCR.

Uttam Kumar Reddy said more than 4,500 farmers committed suicide in Telangana State after KCR ame to power.

However, KCR has behaved in such an inhuman manner that neither he expressed condolences or concern over those suicide nor he deputed any minister or TRS MLA to visit the families of those farmers who committed suicide.

The TPCC chief said that the countdown has begun for the end of TRS regime and KCR would not be able to retain power despite him spending hundreds of crores of ill-gotten wealth.
