Jogaiah manifesto for TDP-JSP with Rs 75K crore!

Telugu Desam Party headed by former Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu and Jana Sena Party headed by power star Pawan Kalyan are breaking their heads to prepare a joint action plan and common manifesto for the upcoming assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh.

Even as the two parties are working out the common minimum programme, veteran Kapu leader and former MP Chegondi Harirama Jogaiah came up with his own manifesto for the two opposition parties, stating that if they announce his manifesto, they are sure to come to power in the state.

Describing it as a “People’s Manifesto,” Jogaiah released the manifesto at Palakollu in West Godavari district, Jogaiah, who is heading Kapu Samkshema Sena said the total cost of his 47 schemes would be around Rs 75,000 crore per year, which would not be difficult for the TDP-Jana Sena Party combine, if it is voted to power.

He said the draft manifesto was prepared by a 20-member committee comprising senior leaders. Readmore!

The schemes included Rs 5,000 per month to every poor family to sustain, Rs 3 lakh to every unmarried woman for getting marriage and many other such financial assistance schemes for the farmers.

Jogaiah, however, said the schemes should be made applicable only to the white card holders and not everybody.

“The draft manifesto has been handed over to Jana Sena Party political affairs committee chairman Nadendla Manohar, requesting him to consider the schemes while preparing the joint manifesto with the TDP,” he said.

The former MP predicted that the BJP might join the TDP-Jana Sena Party alliance at the last moment.

“It is the only way to pull down the draconian government of Jagan Mohan Reddy. We have to outscore the welfare agenda of the YSRCP with our own welfare schemes,” he said.
