YS Jagan has reportedly told the management of Sakshi not to increase the cost until the election is over.
Also, Sakshi is distributing free copies in large numbers in rural and semi-urban areas which have limited accessibility.
While this will eat into the profit margins of the publication, the dissemination of information will yield rich electoral dividends to the YSRCP.
