Jagan Says He Is Waging Class War In AP

“I am fighting a class war in the state. My fight is for the poor,” said Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy at Kavali in Nellore district on Friday.

During his public address, the chief minister stated that the ruling class people, headed by TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu, were waging a battle against him to take away DBT and other welfare programs.

Jagan Mohan Reddy further mentioned that TDP’s Chandrababu Naidu, Eenadu’s Ramoji Rao, Andhra Jyothi’s Radha Krishna, TV5’s B R Naidu, and Jana Sena’s Pawan Kalyan were spreading false and misleading information.

He stated that their animosity towards him is because of the welfare schemes that he had been implementing and the administrative reforms that he had introduced. Readmore!

Jagan Mohan Reddy also said that these people were leading a false campaign against him and the state, as they are not in power.

He highlighted that they would go to any extent and speak any line to defeat him and thus put an end to the welfare programs.

Their campaign on the state’s financial position is actually against the welfare schemes that his government is implementing, Jagan said.

“If the TDP comes back to power by any chance, it will take away all welfare programs, including the DBT, in the name of improving the state’s economy,” Jagan added.

He cautioned the people against voting for TDP as that would seal their fate.

“If they (TDP) come back to power, the poor in the state will have no place to live,” he said, urging people not to vote for TDP.
