Jagan postpones YSRCP first list to March 16!

The much awaited announcement of YSRCP candidates for upcoming Assembly and Lok Sabha polls in AP has been postponed to March 16.

YSRCP chief Jagan was supposed to release the first list of candidates at 10.26 am today at his Lotus Pond residence in Hyderabad as per original schedule.

But Jagan took the decision to release the list on March 16 at YSR ghat at Idupulapaya after paying homage to his father and late CM Dr YS Rajashekar Reddy.

While one version says that it was postponed because Jagan wants to pay homage to YSR in Idupulapaya, seek his blessings before releasing the list.

The other version says several other leaders from TDP are showing interest to join YSRCP and it is for this reason, the list was postponed.

Jagan expects to get a clarity on who will join YSRCP by March 16 so that he can take appropriate decision on selection of candidates.

Some other reports say dissidence has cropped up among leaders over first list and to douse the fire, Jagan decided to buy some more time by delaying the list.
