Jagan Begins To Show His Mark Of Ruling!

Within hours of securing the massive mandate from the people of Andhra Pradesh, YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy quickly began the exercise to revamp the state administration even before he took over as the next chief minister of the state.

On Thursday evening itself, chief secretary L V Subrahmanyam went to Jagan’s residence and greeted him, besides discussing the arrangements to be made for the swearing-in ceremony.

And Jagan did not waste a single minute to ask him to continue Subrahmanyam as the chief secretary till the retirement.

He also decided to appoint retired chief secretary Ajeya Kallam as the state government advisor in administration and asked Subramanyam to take him on the board immediately. Readmore!

At the same time, Jagan is understood to have decided to appoint senior IPS officer Gautam Sawang as the new director general of police in place of R P Thakur, who was preferred choice of outgoing chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu though Sawang was senior to Thakur in experience.

On Friday morning, another senior IPS officer R K Meena, another DGP rank officer to discuss the security arrangements. Similarly, Amarlapudi Joshi, presently working in CM Security, has been appointed as chief security officer of Jagan.

The entire CM’s convoy of vehicles including bullet proof vehicles and jammers were positioned at Jagan’s Tadepalli residence. So, Jagan has begun to show his mark!
