BRS working president KTR on Wednesday once again reiterated that Jagan Reddy will return to power in AP in the just concluded assembly elections.
“I have specific information that Jagan is going to come back to power in Andhra Pradesh. Mark my words. You are going to see for yourself what is going to happen after June 4,” he said.
KTR’s observation comes at a time when many social media reports indicated a tight fight between the YSRCP and the National Democratic Alliance led by the Telugu Desam Party; and some even predicted the victory for the NDA.
Coming to Telangana, KTR said the BRS is going to sweep the Lok Sabha elections, polling for which was held on May 13.
“The Congress can win just one seat – maybe Nalgonda. But in all the other constituencies, the BRS has clear winning chances,” he said.
The BRS working president said he had commissioned a survey and spoken to the party candidates in all the constituencies.
“The polling went on well and according to my reports, there was a silent voting in favour of the BRS, as the Congress doesn’t have proper candidates,” he said.
KTR said the BRS victory is damn sure in Nagarkurnool, Secunderabad, Malkajgiri, Karimnagar, Khammam, Medak and Chevella. In Peddapalli, Adilabad and Nizamabad, there is a contest with the BJP, but the situation was in favour of the BRS.
“The situation has changed completely in favour of the BRS, after the bus yatra of party president K Chandrasekhar Rao,” he asserted.
