It's survey time again, TDP claims victory!

As a few hours are left for the announcement of schedule for the assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Andhra Pradesh, survey agencies have once again become active, churning out opinion polls on the election outcome.

This time, the TDP has claimed that a couple of latest surveys indicated that the TDP-Jana Sena-BJP alliance will win majority of Lok Sabha seats in Andhra Pradesh.

The ABP-CVoter opinion poll on Thursday projected that the TDP-JSP-BJP alliance is all set to secure a substantial 44.7% share of the vote in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSR Congress Party is likely to garner 41.9% vote share.

The survey says the NDA alliance will walk away with 20 Lok Sabha seats, translating into 140 assembly seats, whereas the YSRCP will get 5 Lok Sabha seats, translating into 35 assembly seats. Readmore!

In Telangana, the ABP-CVoter survey predicted that the Congress is expected to get 42.9% vote share and 10 Lok Sabha seats, while the BJP will get 25.1% votes and four Lok Sabha seats. The Bharat Rashtra Samithi will get a bigger vote share of 28.4%, but it will end up getting only two Lok Sabha seats.

Along with ABP, the News 18 Mega Opinion Poll has also projected that the TDP-JSP-BJP alliance is likely to win 18 out of 25 Parliamentary seats in Andhra Pradesh. YSRCP is likely to get 7 seats.
