I Can't Kill Them Myself: Raashi Khanna

Last seen in Srinivasa Kalyanam, Raashi Khanna after some gap will next be seen in Venky Mama hitting the marquee on 13th of this month.

Actually, she didn’t take the gap. But, due to delay in release of her films, she didn’t appear on screen all these days.

Raashi plays the role named Harika, a filmmaker who comes from a town to city. She says she got a meaty role and her scenes with Venkatesh and Naga Chaitanya will be uproarious.

“Second half will be bit emotional with the complete focus on Mama, Alludu bonding,” she informs.

Raashi who at few occasions stated that she’s a big fan of Venkatesh had watched some of his films including F2.

As we all know, she’s a good singer and has crooned few songs in Telugu. Although she didn’t disclose the movie name, she affirmed to have sung a song in an upcoming film.

Raashi who’s dubbing for her role in World Famous Lover wanted to lend her voice for Venky Mama as well. But, due to busy schedules she missed the opportunity.

Raashi however turned furious when she spoke about recent brutal rape and murder of Hyderabad veterinary doctor.

“It’s so disgusting. I as an actress can only talk about the issue, but I can’t do anything about it. I can’ go and kill them on myself. I’m hoping that the jury will take care of it. We actors can only put pressure on the government.”
