How Invalid Note Like Naidu Help Cong?

Not long ago, the Congress leaders in Andhra Pradesh described Telugu Desam Party president and chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu as an invalid currency note, which is not valid anywhere in the country.

But the same Congress leaders are now banking on Naidu to win the assembly elections in Telangana.

“How can they justify it? How can an invalid note in Andhra Pradesh become a valid note for it in Telangana?” asked Telangana Rashtra Samithi senior leader and irrigation minister T Harish Rao.

Harish recalled that in June, Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee president N Raghuveera Reddy came out with a booklet stating that the TDP president had not fulfilled the poll promises. Readmore!

The Congress also brought out a charge sheet against Naidu, stating that the latter was an invalid note.

"If Chandrababu Naidu is invalid rupee in Andhra Pradesh, how can he be a valid rupee in Telangana," Harish asked.

He alleged that Naidu was known for his rank opportunism.

"Naidu is calling the alliance with Congress a historical necessity. He said the same thing after aligning with BJP. This is not historical need for the people but for the survival of the TDP in Telangana," he said.

Harish also lashed out at the Maha Kootami, calling it as 'Daga Kutami.’ He took exception to the comments of TJS president M Kodandaram that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was an injured batsman.

“The people would know who the injured batsman will be on December 11. The TRS is going to win the game comfortably,” he said.

Harish took exception to the Congress party using the picture of Sagaraharam in its manifesto. Rao said that black and white picture of Sagarharam was printed in the manifesto because it had all pink flags.

He said that the Congress had no right to use the Sagaraharam picture because it was opposed by the Congress party, while it was in power.
