In this video, she reveals that her most recent lab reports showed no traces of drugs in her blood.
Earlier this year, Hema was arrested during a Bengaluru rave party for drug use but was later released from jail.
In her new video, she claims to have undergone testing at a lab for drug residues in her hair and nails, and that the results were negative.
Hema is also requesting meetings with Revanth Reddy, Telangana's Chief Minister, and Pawan Kalyan, Andhra Pradesh's Deputy Chief Minister, through this video.
She intends to seek their support in addressing what she believes to be damage to her reputation by media outlets.
Hema maintains that she did not consume drugs at all.
