There have been reports that the recent Bollywood hit movie 'Gully Boy', a story of rapper from slums of Mumbai, is set be remade in Telugu with Sai Dharam Tej.
However, sources close to Allu camp have denied the news. They didn’t give a thought of remaking.
It is true that Allu Aravind has impressed with the movie but he feels that it cannot be remade in Telugu easily.
The underdog story’s unique point is its setting of Mumbai slums and the poetry mouthed by Ranveer, which will not go well with Telugu audiences.
There is no rap culture in Telugu at all. So, there is no point of making a movie about rap in Tollywood.
Even Sai Dharam Tej is scoffed at these rumors. This drama would not suit for him at all.
