Bollywood actress Dia Mirza is making her Telugu debut in a Nagarjuna starrer “Wild Dog."
Directed by Ahishor Solomon and produced by Niranjan Reddy, “Wild Dog” recently commenced its shoot after coronavirus shutdown.
Dia Mirza’s name has popped up in the ongoing Bollywood drug scandal. She, however, quickly responded to the ‘frivolous reporting’ by some media organizations.
"I have never procured or consumed any narcotics or contraband substances of any form in my life. I intend to pursue the full extent of legal remedies available to me as a law-abiding citizen of India,” she tweeted, saying that she never consumed the drugs.
She also pointed out that news channels should report responsibly.
Dia tweets, "I would like to strongly refute and categorically deny this news as being false, baseless, and with mala fide intentions."
