NTR’s Devara is steadily gaining attention in film circles, despite mixed reactions to its trailer.
Advance ticket sales are already strong, and the team is confident that the film will be a blockbuster, building momentum for its second part.
In a notable development, Devara will be the first Indian film to release exclusively in D-Box technology in Australia.
The D-Box experience enhances cinematic immersion with over 65,000 haptic movements, vibrations, and textures that sync perfectly with the on-screen action.
While other films have used D-Box, Devara is the first to be mastered exclusively for this technology.
The distributors have released a list of theaters equipped with this technology for Devara screenings in Australia.
However, Indian audiences will not experience this feature, as the film will be released in standard formats across theaters. The special D-Box experience will be available only in select theaters in Australia.
Meanwhile, early shows of Devara are planned in the Telugu states, with the team seeking government permission for 1 AM screenings across more than 15 screens, including single screens and multiplexes.
Ticket prices are expected to be around â¹418 in multiplexes and â¹250 in single screens in Telangana, with different rates applied in Andhra Pradesh.
The film’s pre-release event is expected soon, with the entire cast and crew in attendance.
Directed by Koratala Siva, Devara stars Jr NTR alongside Janhvi Kapoor in this action-packed drama.
