The damage to the Novotel’s property was so severe that they concluded that they cannot host the event any more.

Despite the situation, there the organizers still thought to hold the pre-release event, even though it was late.

Initially, they tried to send the fans waiting outside back home, but no one left. Although they announced that the event was canceled, the message did not reach the crowd.

A recurring issue at events is the distribution of passes exceeding capacity, and this time was no different. There were many reports that too many passes were issued.

After some back-and-forth, order is usually restored, but fans often end up frustrated. It’s a cycle that continues to repeat.
