'Congratulations India': Rhea's father breaks silence

Actor Rhea Chakraborty's father Lt Col (retired) Indrajit Chakraborty on Saturday broke his silence over his son Showik’s arrest and said that a middle-class family has been “demolished”.

"Congratulations, India. You’ve arrested my son, I'm sure my daughter is next on the line. You’ve effectively demolished a middle class family. Ofcourse, for the sake of Justice everything is justified. Jai Hind,” he said in a statement condemning the arrest of his 24-year-old son.

Indrajit Chakraborty has also been interrogated by the CBI for days in connection with the case.
