Samantha's performance of the item song "Oo Antava Mava" caused quite a stir.
Although the song went viral and the film "Pushpa" became a box office success, many assumed it was Samantha's attempt to regain popularity after her divorce from Naga Chaitanya.
Later, Samantha chose to avoid taking on glamorous roles. Films like "Yashoda" and "Shaakuntalam" focused on the heroine's character with no explicit romantic scenes or revealing outfits.
However, according to Tamil news outlet Dinamalar, Samantha has agreed to do intimate scenes in her upcoming web series. She will be starring alongside Varun Dhawan in the Indian version of "Citadel."
The global version of "Citadel" featured Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra, and it included intimate scenes between the two.
Similar to the global version, this Indian adaptation will feature kissing scenes and more intimate moments between Varun Dhawan and Samantha.
According to the report, Samantha has agreed to work on those scenes.
