In a surprising development, stylish star Allu Arjun landed in Nandyal on Saturday morning and took part in the road show to campaign for the ruling YSRCP and it came as a rude shock to the NDA alliance partners.
It was only on Thursday that Allu Arjun had tweeted on X saying "My heartfelt wishes to @PawanKalyan garu on your election journey. I have always been immensely proud of the path you've chosen, dedicating your life to service. As a family member, my love and support will always be with you. My best wishes for achieving all that you aspire for (sic).”
The statement gave the much needed boost to Allu Arjun’s uncle and Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan, who is contesting from Pithapuram.
It comes in the backdrop of a video statement by megastar Chiranjeevi seeking people to vote for Pawan Kalyan; and the campaign by the members of other Mega family.
But on Saturday, Allu Arjun threw his weight behind YSRCP candidate in Nandyal Ravi Chandra Kishore Reddy.
Arjun, along with his wife Allu Sneha Reddy, came down to Nandyala to offer their best wishes to their friend and the YSRCP candidate.
Apparently, Allu Arjun’s wife Sneha Reddy and Ravi Chandra Kishore Reddy’s wife are close friends, and both families often go on trips abroad together.
We have to see how this will be received by mega fans who are rooting for Pawan Kalyan.
The campaign comes in the backdrop of Chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan, along with the megastar’s wife Surekha, to visit Pithapuram to pray for the victory of Pawan Kalyan.
It remains to be seen how the mega family will receive Arjun’s campaign for YSRCP.
