Balineni's Sweet Warning to Jagan!

It is reported that YSRCP leader and former minister Balineni Srinivasa Reddy has issued a sweet warning to the party chief, Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.

There has been widespread speculation that former MLA Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy might be assigned responsibilities for the Ongole district.

Chevireddy had contested in the general elections as the YSRCP candidate for Ongole Parliament but lost.

Recently, there have been talks that Jagan is considering appointing Chevireddy as the YSRCP president for Ongole district. Readmore!

This news has reportedly caused significant dissatisfaction for former Ongole MLA Balineni Srinivasa Reddy. Sources within the YSRCP say that Balineni went to Jagan and expressed his concerns bluntly.

Balineni is believed to have told Jagan that if Chevireddy, an outsider, is given the YSRCP responsibilities for Ongole, he would leave the party. This reportedly left Jagan quite taken aback.

Jagan then told Balineni that the idea of assigning Chevireddy the responsibilities for Ongole was only in the consideration stage.

Balineni reportedly questioned Jagan, asking, "Can't you find any leaders within our district who are qualified to be the YSRCP district president?"

Jagan supposedly responded that Chevireddy is a trustworthy leader who is willing to spend money on the party, which is why he was considered for the Ongole MP candidacy.

Balineni strongly countered this, saying, "If that's the way you think, then why did Chevireddy lose the Ongole MP seat?"

Reliable sources indicate that Jagan struggled to provide an adequate answer. Balineni seems prepared for a showdown with Jagan over the issue of Chevireddy.
