Allu Aravind Aims Gun At Nani's Film

Monarchy is running in the film industry and the monarchs are none other than the big heroes.

Varudu Kavalenu was planned to release for Dasara. Had that been released in that festival season it would have bagged some good collections because of its genre.

But the Sitara banner bowed down its head to Allu Aravind and moved away to give space to Most Eligible Bachelor. This slavery caused a big loss to the film Varudu Kavalenu. Estimates say that the film would have made Rs 2 Cr more had it been released during Dasara season.

Now again a similar situation has come. The release date of Ghani, produced by Allu Aravind's son Bobby, is pushed to December 24th to give space to Balakrishna's Akhanda.

Shyam Singha Raya was another film that fixed the date of 24 December to release. But now Allu Aravind is forcing the producers of that film to move away and give space to his son's Ghani.

Sources say that the Geetha office is putting pressure on Shyam Singha Raya producers regarding the release date.

In the first place Allu Aravind agreed to give space to Balakrishna's film "Akhanda", as the latter was doing the show Unstoppable on Aha. To continue that "Unstoppable" in unstoppable mode, Allu Aravind should not strain his relation with Balakrishna. So, he made his friendly move here and now is showing pressure on Nani's film.

This is the field where the popular proverb 'Big fish eats small fish' holds good.
