All eyes on Speaker as AP Assembly resumes meet

The winter session of the AP Assembly is scheduled to resume today, Monday, after the weekend break.

The State government had readied a hectic business in the House for the day with 11 bills to be tabled.

The ruling YSR Congress is fully armed with demands to seek action against Opposition leader Chandrababu Naidu and his son Lokesh for alleged manhandling and abuse of chief marshal and other Assembly officers.

Interestingly, the Opposition TDP too is equally firm on fighting back and grabbing more time and more media attention using the Assembly session. Readmore!

Chandrababu Naidu, who is a shrewd and Machiavellian politician will not leave any minute opportunity to turn it in his favour.

The TDP is waiting for the ruling party to take action against Chandrababu Naidu for his alleged remarks against the chief marshal expecting that such an action would bring him sympathy among the people.

It is for sure that Chandrababu Naidu, with the media support that he could manufacture and enjoy across the state, will take the issue to the people seeking sympathy and accusing the YSR Congress of witch-hunt politics.

Besides the allegations of witch-hunt politics by the YSR Congress and Jaganmohan Reddy, the TDP chief and his leaders make hard hitting allegations of corruption and criminal politics.

However, it is to be seen how the ruling party would handle Chandrababu Naidu and his party’s Machiavellian politics.
